An Ealing Comedy classic, rereleased for its 70th Birthday! Its history’s greatest serial killer movie, directed by Robert Hammer, and generally considered to be his masterpiece. Louis Mazzini is a poor suburban drapers assistant who finds that he is a distant relative of the Duke of d’Ascoyne.  He plots to inherit the title by murdering the eight other heirs ahead of him in the line of succession. Alec Guinness plays all eight members of the noble clan.
